This class will include an all-ages grounding meditation, opportunities to connect with fellow designers and of course…everything you need to know to make a beautiful floral arrangement!

Polyamory can be expansive — and it can be activating.

This monthly 1.5-hour somatic circle is a space to process the hard moments of consensual non-monogamy in your body, not just your mind.  

Each month we explore a relational theme through:

• Nervous system education

• Guided somatic &/ creative processing

• Small group witnessing

• Integration exercises

This is not advice-giving.

This is embodied practice.

Starts at 5:30-7pm 

Sliding Scale @ $10–$20

Limited to 15 participants.

This 3-month series is being offered as a community pilot in exchange for thoughtful feedback and/or testimonials for *FREE if feedback/testimonial form is filled out. *Limited to one feedback and one testimonial per person which equals 2 months free per person.

Volunteer as an Assistant (limited to 2 assistants) to get this workshop for FREE.

Q+ Special Event: Art Education

Join Q Plus and Revive Art and Craft Supply on Saturday, April 11th from 1pm-4pm for our Art Education Special Event!  This event is curated for queer teens ages 13-19, and will included multiple craft demos from local queer artist where youth can try their hand at some new arts and crafts, like plushie making, crochet, and more!  All youth attendees will also be provided with a small gift card to Revive for use during event to choose their own crafting adventure, and try their hand at art forms that call to them individually.  Lunch will be provided, and youth will be going home with a small collection of crafting supplies to keep the creative juices flowing!
